The function room is on the ground floor of the extension which was previously used as a nightclub. Spanning approximately 60 m2, it features a professional, open-plan kitchen linked to the function room by a bar counter with seating for ten people. The professionally equipped kitchen boasts a large gas hob with five rings and an electric oven, a grill, a deep-fat fryer, two induction plates, a fridge, two sinks, a dishwasher and two large work surfaces. The adjacent utility room houses another tall fridge, a freezer, a professional coffee machine, a washing machine and a tumble-dryer. All the relevant utensils, crockery and glasses are provided.
The function room's decor has deliberately been kept simple to ensure that it remains a multifunctional space. There is a gallery above the function room except for the space above the kitchen, which has been left open all the way up to the skylights.
There are lots of ways to vary the lighting in the room to suit the occasion.
Both the function room and the adjacent toilet are accessible for the disabled. A large patio offers plenty of space outside too. A disabled parking space right next to patio makes access easy and safe for visitors with disabilities.
